12:10pm - UAB vs. UCLA -6 O/U 133
Either team will be a questionable Sweet 16 squad, but I'll have to favor the Blazers as their win over Iowa State was better than the Bruins controversial win over SMU. Take UAB outright.
UAB 67 UCLA 65
2:40pm - Cincinnati vs. Kentucky -16.5 O/U 119
This one figures to be a physical contest and the Bearcats would love it to be a low scoring affair. I think they'll keep it within the number, but the Wildcats will prevail and advance.
Kentucky 60 Cincinnati 50
5:15pm - 10 Ohio State vs. 2 Arizona -9 O/U 138.5
Hard to go against Sean Miller's Wildcat's who have won 12 straight. The Buckeyes, led by freshman G D'Angelo Russell will be a tough out. Tough enough to cover the spread.
Arizona 70 Ohio State 65
6:10pm - 14 Georgia State vs. 6 Xavier -7 O/U 131
R. J. Hunter (both of them) have been a good story so far this March for the Panthers but the Musketeers await. Xavier C Matt Stainbrook will be trouble for Georgia State, as will freshman G Trevon Bluiett. It won't be a blowout, but the Musketeers bring enough to cover.
Xavier 73 Georgia State 63
7:10pm - 8 N.C. State vs. 1 Villanova -9.5 O/U 139
The Wolfpack are here thanks to a come from behind victory over LSU. The 1 seed Wildcats needed no such drama in their blowout win over Lafayette. It may not be a blowout tonight, but it should be relatively easy for Jay Wright's 'Nova squad.
Villanova 75 N.C. State 60
7:45pm - 5 Utah -4.5 vs. 4 Georgetown O/U 123.5
The Utes may think twice about a slow pace with the Hoyas big man Joshua Smith manning the middle. However, Smith played just 9 minutes Thursday due to foul trouble. If that happens tonight, it should be smooth sailing for Utah.
Utah 62 Georgetown 55
8:40pm - 5 Arkansas vs. 4 North Carolina -4.5 O/U 156.5
The Razorbacks and Tar Heels both average just over 77 ppg, so that is where I see the final score settling. Both teams nearly were upset on Thursday, but I really didn't like UNC's collapse vs. Harvard. Arkansas looks to be the steadier team so I'll take them in a mild upset here.
Arkansas 78 North Carolina 74
9:40pm - 6 Butler vs. 3 Notre Dame -4.5 O/U 133.5
The Bulldogs have defeated in-state for Irish six straight times. I wouldn't be shocked if Butler makes it 7 in a row tonight, but I don't think they will. Notre Dame, despite their struggles vs. Northeastern, have won 6 straight and sport a 30-5 overall record.
Notre Dame 78 Butler 68
