Coach Tom Izzo's Spartans seem to be shifting into their March gear. The Cavaliers can't be looking forward to this matchup. I'm tempted to take MSU on the ML, but I'll settle for the points right now.

2:40pm - San Diego State vs. Duke -9.5 O/U 129
The Aztecs had no real problem with St. John's Friday night and the Blue Devils didn't really feel the heat from Robert Morris. Today's matchup will be intense and I expect each possession to matter. Too many points to give for Duke in this one.

5:15pm - 7 Wichita State vs. 2 Kansas -1.5 O/U 134
This battle of Kansas looks to be an emotional game for both the Shockers and Jayhawks. I'll give the slight edge to the duo of Fred VanVleet and Ron Baker of Wichita over Frank Mason III and Perry Ellis of Kansas.

6:10pm - 11 Dayton vs. 3 Oklahoma -4.5 O/U 129.5
The Flyers will try to ride their "home court" advantage to another Sweet 16 appearance. The Sooners will be bigger, but they were against Albany, too, and just barely won. Dayton may be worn out, I'm taking them to win with the emotional backing of the Columbus, OH crowd.

7:10pm - Iowa vs. Gonzaga -6.5 O/U 137
The Hawkeyes were impressive in Friday's win over Davidson, but the Bulldogs have been impressive all season. I like Iowa to cover, but don't think they get the win. The 'Zags are 33-2, you know.

7:45pm - 8 Oregon vs. 1 Wisconsin -12 O/U 143
The Ducks are the second best of the Pac 12 and the Badgers are the best of the Big 10. In a rematch of last year's round of 32 (Wisconsin won 84-77) many of the same players remain and I see it as a close game. Certainly closer than the 12 point spread.

8:40pm - West Virginia vs. Maryland -1 O/U 138
PG's Juwan Staten for the Mountaineers and Melo Trimble for the Terps will get a lot of attention, and rightly so. Not much separates these teams in my opinion, I'll go with Huggins and WVU in a tight one.

9:40pm - 5 Northern Iowa -2.5 vs. 4 Louisville O/U 118.5
Seth Tuttle is the star of the Panthers, but they are well balanced and very good defensively. The Cardinals barely survived UC Irvine and I don't think they'll be so lucky in this nightcap.
