7:30pm - N.Y. Rangers -105 at Washington -105 O/U 5
After splitting the pair of games at MSG, this Eastern Conference matchup heads down to D.C. for game 3. With a last second goal to give the Capitals a 2-1 win in game one and the Rangers 3-2 victory in game 2, this one figures to be close.
With Lundqvist in goal, the Rangers always stand a good chance, even against the mighty Ovechkin and the Caps at home. New York will likely need at least a couple of goals, though, and Kreider, Hagelin, Nash, McDonagh and company should be able to provide that for the King.
Washington's goalie is no slouch in Holtby and a good thing, too as he may need a shutout to win this one. Ovechkin's goal on Saturday may get him going, but the Caps as a whole have scored more than 2 goals just twice this postseason. They haven't been shutout, either.
I think Washington will get a goal, but that will be it. Likely by Ovechkin. The Rangers showed impressive energy throughout game 2 and I think they know they will need that effort tonight in order to regain home ice advantage. Another one goal game here as I see it.
