These teams played in Hawaii last season with CSU coming away with a dominating 51-21 victory as 6.5 point favorites. Hawaii lost QB Dru Brown and will start an inexperienced replacement out of several candidates. CSU's QB will also be inexperienced (47 career pass attempts), but K.J. Carta-Samuels, the presumed starter, is a graduate transfer from Washington.
10:00pm: WYOMING VS. NEW MEXICO STATE

PICK: WYOMING -4 (-110)
RISK: 1 UNIT
Well, Wyoming is obviously without QB Josh Allen who is now in the NFL, but the Cowboys offense wasn't that good anyway, but they do boast a top level defense. Same as NMSU, who return 9 starters on the defensive side.
