Just a 5 game NBA schedule this Monday, and I've picked one out that I believe is tonight's best betting opportunity.
MIN -5.5 over PHO
The Timberwolves (7-19) look to bounce back from a devastating defeat on Saturday, as they let a 12 point lead with less than 3 minutes remaining evaporate before losing 111-109 in OT to the Rockets. With that loss, Minnesota has now lost 12 of their last 15.
The Suns (8-19) have won just 3 times in their last 11 games. They have a talented trio of guards in Bledsoe, Booker and Knight, but they are all very inconsistent.
Why do I like MIN? Karl-Antony Towns is the main reason, with my FSI rating the other. But sidekicks Wiggins and LaVine are maturing enough to make a formidable core for the T'wolves. MIN already has a victory over PHO this season, a 98-85 win in Phoenix back on 11/25. I believe they'll take care of business this evening back at home.
The FSI rates this one MIN -10.78. I recommend backing the Timberwolves for 2 units.
