#2 Kansas (20-3, 8-2 Big 12) saw it's 54 game home winning streak snapped on Saturday and will face a tough test tonight vs. in-state rival Kansas State (16-7, 5-5).
The Wildcats may still be a little bitter about their 90-88 loss to the Jayhawks in Lawrence back on Jan. 3rd as a missed call in the final seconds cost them a win.
G Frank Mason is the leader of KU and he is coming off a 32 point performance in Saturday's loss to Iowa State. Senior C Landon Lucas had a big game, too, with 18 rebounds. He leads the Big 12 with 11.9 rpg.
Kansas St. snapped a 3 game losing streak with a 56-54 win at Baylor on Saturday. The Jayhawks are extremely balanced in scoring with 4 players averaging between 11.9 and 12.2 ppg. G Kamau Stokes is the most consistent with 13 straight games in double figures.
