5/26 – MLB – 4 game TTF card this Friday evening

The first game of the DET at CWS doubleheader has been PPD.  I'm adding a few more plays for this Friday evening.  OK, that's it.  Four plays going this evening.

(Game 1) - 5:10pm: Tigers -112 RH Buck Farmer (2016: 0-1, 4.60 ERA) vs. White Sox +102 RH Mike Pelfrey (1-4, 4.85)

*Game Postponed*

First game of a doubleheader.  Game being made up due to yesterday's rainout.  Detroit has lost 4 of 5.  Chicago just got swept by the Diamondbacks in Arizona. Pelfrey had a god start last out, while Farmer has been recalled from Triple-A to start this one.  CWS +1.074 TTF advantage here.  One unit play on them.

7:05pm: Reds +141 RH Tim Adleman (2-2, 6.19 ERA) vs. Phillies -156 RH Aaron Nola (2-1, 3.52)

Cincinnati (22-24) has won 3 of it's last 5 games.  Philadelphia (16-29) has won just 5 of it's last 25.  Odds makers like Nola and PHI's recent dominance over the Reds at Citizens Bank Park, but I like CIN with a +1.18 TTF rating here.  One unit.

7:10pm: Angels +116 RH Jesse Chavez (4-5, 4.61 ERA) vs. Marlins -128 RH Dan Straily (2-3, 3.70)

Lowly Miami (16-29) is just 6-14 at home this season.  Los Angeles (25-25) is coming off a 4 game series split with Tampa Bay.  Straily may have a slight SP edge, but he rarely goes deep.  Take LAA for a unit here with a +0.972 TTF advantage.

8:10pm: Diamondbacks -101 RH Zack Godley (1-1, 2.45 ERA) vs. Brewers -109 RH Junior Guerra (0-0, 6.00)

Arizona is hot, winning 4 straight and 9 of their last 10 including Thursday's series opener.  Milwaukee has lost their last 4 games.  Guerra makes his first start since opening day (strained calf).  I see no reason not to back AZ here, especially with a +0.828 TTF advantage.  One unit.

8:40pm: Cardinals -115 RH Carlos Martinez (3-3, 3.28 ERA) vs. Rockies +105 RH Antonio Senzatela (6-1, 3.67)

Colorado (31-18) has the best record in the NL.  St. Louis (23-21) has lost 6 of their last 8 games.  Excellent pitching matchup here, but I like COL with a +0.199 TTF advantage to cash in this spot.  One unit.

Good luck, players!
